The room was reasonably large with central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
Perfect location near to the bay, breakfast & dinner, a lovely harbour and close-by, touristy, pretty, Portovenere. Also, to the port where the boat takes you to Porto veneer. A great selection of options for sensational breakfast.

Friendly staff. Peaceful location. Good price.
Air conditioners were too loud. On the 2nd and/or 3rd floors I could hear a very loud, low vibration that kept me awake both nights I was there. When I turned the air conditioner in my room off, the low vibration was still there. Also, the pool water was not that clean. One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.

The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, and the hotel's location by the marina was perfect and incredibly comfortable.

Relaxing by the swimming pool. Also Antonio was extremely helpful in organising emergency transport to train station. He had to organize a boat and a taxi as the road to hotel was closed due to a mayor traffic incident.
Service at restaraunt was semi professional. Forgot to check if we wanted dessert and had to go and ask for our own coffee orders

The environment. We were visiting the cinque terre and it is a quiet elegant place. The restaurant is excellent and the site is right in front of a quieet marina, much more interesting to sleep than PortoBooked.net where there is more noise and it is 5 minutes from PortoBooked.net.
The size ot our room was very small, but it was a nice room. The bathroom looks more like a sailboat bathroom as far as size, but it is complete!

There was a lovely view from our balcony across the picturesque bay. It was in a very quiet position near to the bus for La Spezia & so easy access for Cinque Terra. There were free spaces at the front of the hotel for our car so we felt that it was secure. They have a good restaurant at reasonable prices which was good.

The hotel is conveniently located, but is quite afar from the beaches if you intend to swim. Food in the hotel is good and we ate there two times. In the whole village we counted only 5 rstaurants and we ate at 3 of them - everywhere there is a lot of good seafood. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent and include in the price. Our room had the view on the harbour, which was very romantic. It is easy to commute to PortoBooked.net by foot if you are trained to climb the stairs. It is also easy to travel by car to Cinkve Terre. They say it is possible by foot as well, but we did not try that. By car it is easy to get to Florence and Pisa as well (1,5 & 1 hour correspondingly).
If you are in the bathroom you can hear really well the sounds from the neighbourhood room. We had quite a strage neghbour and that was a bit inconvenient. The Bathroom itself used to be good one day, but nowadays requires interventions as there are leakages in the shower, etc.The entrance door of the hotel is closed at night and through there is always someone who is on guard you would need to bother him with the bell to get inside. On the first day I felt there was really tiny smell in the room, but it either disappeared or I got used to it.

The hotel had a wonderful location with stunning views of the bay. The balcony provided a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering delicious food in a stylish setting. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience top notch. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, ensuring a great start to the day.
The room size was a bit small, and it would have been nice to have more space. The bathroom ventilation could have been better, especially during wet weather.

Excellent location with own parking 10min bus or boat ride from Riomaggiore. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff make it a good starting point for visiting le Cinque Terre. Also has free WiFi, a precious commodity.
